Bishop Dr. Melvin E. Wills, Sr. am the founder, that envisioned the birth of this unique ministry in 1994, officially known as Pillars of Faith Holy Church, and also referred to, as Pillars of Faith Ministries.

I was a very energetic, young business-minded man, when I got saved in 1975. I faithfully served my pastor for 19 consecutive years, in a multitude of leadership roles in the local church, the district of churches, the diocese, and the international church organization. I continued that same zeal, inspiration, and flowed in the Spirit of Excellence into my new assignment as the visionary, founder, and pastor of the Pillars of Faith Holy Church. I believe, I try my upmost to display great leadership and people skills.
I have gained high respect among my peers, and many Ecclesiastical, Business, Government, and Secular leaders, globally. I’ve been married to my sweetheart, Co-Pastor Carol D. Wills, since 1971. We have 3 children and 9 grandchildren. I worked in the daytime, and went to college and seminary at night, to earn my Doctorate Degree in Christian Ministry with emphasis in Theological Studies. I served on a Bank of America Advisory Board for CBG, a community activist Group. I am a member of South County Economic Development Association, District Bishop of CASMD Fellowship of Churches, a member of Eastern Atlantic Diocese, and was highly honored to be voted by my peers (appx 70+ bishops) to serve on the Executive Board of Bishops of International Bible Way Church of Jesus Christ, Inc. I established 2 radio broadcasts with my wife. I was a college instructor. Have taught and preached in many pulpits, conventions, banquets, college graduations, conferences, on a Cruise Line, and etc.. I love and respect people of all races and creeds, and love to teach the WORD of GOD. I like to break down communication barriers. I have an exciting vision for POFHC to effectively win souls around the globe, as we prepare our hearts and minds for the soon return of JESUS CHRIST.
